Sweeney, also known by its prototype name Sewage Company, is a scrapped level created by Richard "Levelord" Gray for Duke Nukem 3D.
In the non-shareware version of Duke Nukem 3D v0.99 Beta, it appeared in an unused episode known as Shutdown At Ground Zero, which was later replaced by Shrapnel City. The level was cut from the final version of the game, but it has since been made freely available to download online.
Other scrapped maps released by Gray post-launch include Sewer, Chuckles, and Cigam.

Sweeney appears in the December 1995 episode lists, where it is listed as "Sewage Company", but it was scrapped from the final game.
There are several key similarities between Sweeney and O1 that suggest Sweeney may have inherited some of its features from O1, but the evidence is inconclusive. (See O1 for more information.)
Sector chronology
Sector chronology. Bright blue=oldest; bright red=newest. Oldest sectors in ascending order include: downward ramp not directly in front of the jail door but adjacent to the jail door (sector 0), bottom of the ramp that the player initially takes to reach the room with the jail door, jail door itself, revolving doorway locked by the blue keycard. [Note: There is very strong evidence that the exterior must have been developed before any sloped sectors, as discussed here.]
