Gates Motel is the third level of the episode Plug 'N' Pray in Duke Nukem: Total Meltdown.
This level contains many references to classic horror movies such as The Exorcist, Poltergeist, Psycho, The Silence of the Lambs and The Shining.
Two new enemies make their one and only appearances in this level: Ghost Enforcers and Zombie Pig Cops.
