G.L.O.P.P. (Gluon Liquid Omega-Phased Plasma) is a substance developed by Mech Morphix to build up his mutant army in Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project. Some of Duke Nukem's weapons use this substance as ammunition against Morhpix's army.

G.L.O.P.P. is a toxic green substance developed by the insane geneticist Mech Morphix that will mutate any creature that comes into contact with it into a vicious humanoid state, and once they do they become mutants in the service of Morphix's Army. Sometimes Duke will see a creature eating it and witness them transform; it should also be noted that a creature that was demutated via the G.L.O.P.P ray will remutate if it happens to be close enough to a puddle of G.L.O.P.P so the player needs to be wary of this because they could end up wasting ammo . The creatures can't get enough of the G.L.O.P.P. so they can easily be converted to Morphix's service. G.L.O.P.P. will hurt Duke if he walks on it. In every level of Manhattan Project, Duke will also find Babes strapped to G.L.O.P.P. Bombs; Duke will often hear the Babe calling for help which makes finding the bomb easier and he must defuse them as well as finding a keycard to get to the end of each Part throughout the eight chapters; Once Duke rescues the Babe he will get a health boost too. Duke will also find weapons that use the substance which he can use against Morphix's army; the weapons were most likely developed by Morphix himself as he's the one that created the substance but unfortunately for him Duke Nukem got his hands on them or alternatively the EDF might have experimented with the substance to develop weapons to counterattack Morphix's plans because like the Aliens from other Duke Nukem games, Morphix would still pose a threat to the entire world and the EDF are known to experiment with things.
Weapons that use G.L.O.P.P as ammunition[]
- G.L.O.P.P. Ray - Demutates enemies into their original state so Duke can squish 'em which somewhat resembles the tactics involving the shrinker from Duke Nukem 3D . If there's a puddle of G.L.O.P.P nearby the demuted creature will eat it and transform into a mutant again if Duke doesn't kill it quick enough or destroy the puddle with an explosive.
- Pulse Cannon - A weapon that fires energy blasts at enemies. The player can also fire a more focused blast by charging up the shot before firing. The Pulse Cannon is quite similar to the Plasma Cannon from Duke Nukem 64 and it will even vaporize most enemies in one hit if the shot is charged up enough; the only ones likely to withstand a full blast are the most durable of opponents.
