FormGen was a manufacturer and distributor for Duke Nukem 3D in 1996, before they were purchased by GT Interactive later that year. FormGen is also notable for its role as one of the plaintiffs in an intellectual property lawsuit, "Micro Star v. FormGen Inc.", in which they argued that Micro Star had committed copyright infringement by selling the Nuke It add-on for Duke Nukem 3D. They won the case.
