The Bounce Mine is a partially coded actor in LameDuke.

It is referred to as "BOUNCEMINE" in the CON files. Based on its name, it was likely intended to replicate the bouncing mines from Duke Nukem II, which would bounce around the level in all directions and explode if touched by the player (e.g., as seen on E1L4).

Because the Bounce Mine's code is almost entirely missing, it vanishes when loaded into LameDuke. A fan-made patch fixes this by copying the code used by the underwater mines in the final game, but the patch does not attempt to recreate the bouncing behavior.

The Bounce Mine is only used on L4, where several Bounce Mines are scattered around the central room containing the reactor core.
